At Sterling Kia Bryan, our actions have always been guided by our core value - a passion to serve.  This has always been our mission and it remains so in these challenging times.  Given the uncertainties posed by the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to take a moment to share with you the heightened procedures we have put into place to assure you the highest level of safety while purchasing  or servicing you vehicle at Sterling Kia Bryan.  The following procedures have been enacted:

  • Staff members have been instructed to practice social distancing and have been discouraged from shaking hands
  • Staff members who show any signs of sickness or who are not feeling well, have been asked to stay home
  • All doors, door handles and other surfaces that customers and staff regularly come into contact will be cleaned frequently throughout the day
  • In addition to routine hygiene practices, employees have been instructed to wash their hands once every hour for a minimum of 20 seconds
  • An increased level of deep cleaning and disinfecting in all areas, twice per day

We will continue to monitor this situation and follow all recommended practices to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff.

In the meantime, we will remain open to serve your vehicle needs through normal business hours.  We have a dedicated internet team to answer any questions you may have online, as well as a valet service to pick-up your vehicle for service should the need arise.
